2.2. Results May Vary
Aesthetic and medical procedures yield different results for each individual. Photographs of “Before & After” results on our Website are examples only and do not guarantee that you will receive the exact same outcome.
2.3. Not for Emergencies

3. Services & Booking Policy

3.1. Appointments
All consultations and treatments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly if a procedure is deemed medically unsafe or unsuitable for the patient.
3.2. Booking Confirmation
An appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp from our official channels.
3.3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount/Percentage].
  • “No-shows” (missing an appointment without notice) may result in a full charge of the consultation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session.
3.4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and other methods as indicated at our clinic. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
4.2. Pricing
Prices for services are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one in effect at the time of your booking or treatment.
4.3. Refund Policy
  • Services: Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical treatments, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
  • Packages: Prepaid treatment packages are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. In exceptional medical circumstances, credit may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.
  • Products: Skincare products purchased from the clinic may only be returned within 7 days if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
