3. Services & Booking Policy

3.1. Appointments
All consultations and treatments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly if a procedure is deemed medically unsafe or unsuitable for the patient.
3.2. Booking Confirmation
An appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp from our official channels.
3.3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount/Percentage].

We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and other methods as indicated at our clinic. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Prices for services are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one in effect at the time of your booking or treatment.
4.3. Refund Policy
  • Services: Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical treatments, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
  • Packages: Prepaid treatment packages are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. In exceptional medical circumstances, credit may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.
  • Products: Skincare products purchased from the clinic may only be returned within 7 days if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
